Controls on implementation of initiatives
- Preserving the University's reputation and prestige in all publications and advertisements planned for initiatives
- The supervisor of the initiative is a faculty member or an administrator of the college
- Implementation Initiative Supervisor's Commitment to Present Publications and Brochures of the Initiative to the Head of the Unit to Take Approval for Publication
- Initiatives are lifted on the Unit's e-mail 4 weeks before the proposed implementation date
- Compliance with the regulations and regulations of the University in case of cooperation with entities outside the University
- Obligation to submit a report after the end of the match on the Unit's email not exceeding two weeks from the date of completion
- To provide a survey of beneficiaries in the initiative implemented and to include the results of the survey in the report submitted to the Volunteerism Coordinator after the implementation of the initiative
