The University of Jeddah is the most recent university in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was founded in 1435 AH, corresponding to 2014, with the promulgation of Supreme Order No. 20937 and the date of 2/6/1435 AH, which approved the decision of the Council of Higher Education adopted at its 72nd meeting, held on 4/6/1434 AH, to establish the University of Jeddah
